-No interest or late fees

-A $25 retainer fee is due at the time of booking. This assures you will get the date and time you choose.  The retainer fee is not included in the listed session price.

 

-Session time/date must be selected upon payment plan setup. If your time/date is changed for any reason (not related to weather or schedule conflict on the part of the studio) another $25 retainer fee is due.

    

-One reschedule is allowed per payment plan (with another $25 retainer fee). If a second reschedule is needed, a new plan must be set up and any payments previously made will be converted to a gift certificate (excluding the retainer fees)

-Session can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance

-Plans can be split evenly into 2 or 3 payments, which will be determined at the time of booking. Payments are spread evenly between the time of booking and the date of the session. The final payment must be made on the day of the session. Payments will be due by emailed invoice through Square.

 

-If a payment is more than 2 weeks late, you forfeit your retainer fee and session date and a new payment plan must be set up. Any payments previously made will be converted to a gift certificate (excluding the retainer fee)

-Any travel related cost or other additional fees can be split among the payment plan or added to the final payment. This will be determined at the time of booking

-Your session is not added to the editing queue until it is paid in full. If the final payment is late, it will be added to the END of the queue and delivered 5-6 weeks from receipt of the final payment

-Weddings and discounted sessions are not eligible for payment plans
